Has my order been sent yet ?


When we say an item has been shipped, we typically mean that the item has left the warehouse. On the other hand, when we talk about delivery, we refer to the date when the package will arrive at the doorstep of the end customer.


Can I track my order ?


If you don't have a tracking number, you can still track your package by using a reference number associated with your shipment, or a purchase order number.



Which methods of payments can I use?


You can use a debit or credit card on our website with a Visa or Mastercard logo as well as with Paypal. Please visit our website to learn more. 

You’ve sent me the wrong items

If you have been sent the wrong item please follow the Exchange Procedure and return it to us. We only do exchanges, No returns. We will send the correct item back out to you and reimburse any costs you may have incurred in sending the incorrect item back to us.
